What was new in v8.2.0?
New features
New option for a trendquery on the infofields of the file group elements. The elements need the same infofield structure which is for example the case for dat-files from the same recording or time periods. This enables a basic trend analysis for the computed columns in time periods.
The HD event table element (like in ibaPDA) has been integrated in ibaAnalyzer. This element enables a flexible navigation between and an easy-to-use overview of the events in the queried time range.
The report designer of ibaAnalyzer-Reportgenerator has been updated. Since several versions were skipped (v15 was updated to v29) we recommend to save your existing configuration before migration.
The maps view is available without an additional license now and the license “ibaAnalyzer-Maps” is no longer required.
Important bugfixes and improvements
When migrating from ibaAnalyzer v7, the column names could be incompatible to existing DB Extract configurations. This severe bug was fixed.
Several updates and improvements have been integrated for ibaAnalyzer-DB.(Query and Extract)
The file extract dialog has a new option to automatically ignore subchannels and unsupported channels for the destination file format.
The performance for reading parquet files has been increased.
The functions for polynomial interpolation have been extended to support Chebyshev (type I and II) and Legendre polynomials.
